The White Belt Course is approximately 58 minutes long and Yellow Belt is about 5.5 hours. You can complete the White Belt in one sitting and break the Yellow Belt into smaller sessions, depending on your available time.

The self-paced White Belt and Yellow Belt courses are priced based on the initial volume of work required to create them, as well as periodic updates.
