The dashboard says green

After exploring the distinction between Control and Oversight in last week's post, the question I keep coming back to is a practical one: who in your organisation is structurally responsible for asking whether your processes are still producing the right outcomes?

Not who runs the process. Not who monitors the dashboard. But who owns the question of whether the process itself remains fit for purpose - and when did they last ask it?
